How the Watchlist Works

Tabs Explained

All shows everything on your watchlist. Movies and TV Shows filter by type. Scenes tracks your own scenes alongside entertainment -- your work is part of your watchlist too. Watched shows items you have marked as completed. Upcoming shows items with future release dates.

Adding Items

Click "+ Add" to add a movie, TV show, or scene to your watchlist. Enter the title, type, and optionally a release date, rating, and notes. For your own scenes, add the scene title, studio, and release date so you can track when your work is coming out.

Release Date Notifications

Items in the Upcoming tab with release dates trigger notifications before they drop. You will be reminded when a movie, show, or your own scene is about to release. Notification timing follows your preferences in Settings (day before, week before, etc.).

Tracking Your Scenes

Your own scenes are tracked alongside entertainment. This gives you one place to see everything you are watching AND everything you have worked on. Upcoming scenes get the same release notification treatment as movies and TV shows.

Ratings and Notes

Rate items after watching them and add personal notes. Ratings are private by default. Use the search and sort features to find items by title, rating, or date added. Your watchlist is completely private -- only you can see it.
