What Is Filmography?
Your filmography is a complete record of every scene you have filmed. It connects your financial data (what you earned) with your creative work (who you worked with, which studios, what dates).
5 Ways to Build Your Filmography
- Add Scene manually -- Click "+ Add Scene" to enter a scene from scratch. Fill in the studio, costars, your rate, the date. No external database needed.
- Sync from Notion -- If you track scenes in Notion, connect it on the Connections page. Your databases auto-sync and scenes are built from the data.
- Upload CSV -- Export your scene list from any spreadsheet and upload it via Financial Hub > Bank Import.
- Screenshot Import -- Take screenshots of payout screens from OnlyFans, SextPanther, etc. AI reads the amounts and creates entries.
- Discover Scenes -- Click "Discover Scenes" to search online databases (DATA18, IAFD, Adult DVD Empire) for your work. Found scenes can be linked to existing transactions.
How Scene Tagging Works
- When you add a scene with costars, if those costars have accounts on this platform, they receive a tag request.
- They must approve before the scene appears in their filmography. No one can add scenes to your profile without your permission.
- Each performer tracks their own earnings per scene. You see your amount; they see theirs. Nobody sees anyone else's numbers.
- To manage your tag preferences, go to Settings > Filmography & Scene Tagging.
Public vs. Private
- Your dashboard: You see everything -- booking dates, earnings per scene, totals per studio, totals per costar.
- Public visitors: They see scene titles, studio names, costars, and release dates. They do NOT see booking dates, payment amounts, or any financial data.
Filters & Sorting
- Filter by studio, costar, scene tag (BG, BGA, Solo...), or search by keyword.
- Sort by newest, oldest, highest earned, alphabetical, or grouped by studio.
- Click any studio or costar name to see a summary of all scenes with them and your total earnings.
