This is not just a content calendar -- it shows everything: Content (scheduled posts), Feed (published posts), Bookings (by agents and customers), Scenes (filming dates), Deliveries (Amazon packages), Personal (your own events), and Travel (flights, hotels, events). Use the filter buttons to view one type at a time or all at once.
Auto-Linking
Posts published within one day of a booking are automatically linked to that booking. This means when you view a booking on the calendar, you can see any related content you posted around that event. No manual tagging needed.
Amazon Delivery Tracking
If you have Amazon connected, delivery dates for your orders automatically appear on the calendar. Only you can see these -- other users connecting their Amazon see their own deliveries. Great for tracking wishlist gifts and supply orders.
iCloud Calendar Sync
Connect iCloud Calendar via the Connections page to import and export events. Events created here sync to your iCloud Calendar, and vice versa. This keeps your platform calendar and personal calendar in sync without double-entry.
Adding Events
Click "+ Add Event" to create any type of event. Set the date, time, type (content, booking, personal, etc.), title, and description. Events appear on the calendar grid and can be clicked to view details. You can also add events from the Quick Add button (FAB) available on every page.
Profile Visibility
Toggle "Show on profile" to control whether your calendar events appear on your public profile. When enabled, fans can see your upcoming appearances, content drops, and public events. Private events (personal, deliveries) are never shown publicly regardless of this setting.
