How the Safety Center Works
Everything Is Opt-In
Every safety feature can be toggled on or off individually. Nothing is forced. There are 11 toggleable features in the Settings tab, each with a clear description of what it does. Enable only what you are comfortable with.
Safety Score
Your Safety Score reflects how many safety features you have enabled. A higher score unlocks benefits like reduced platform fees (12% instead of 15% at the highest tier). The Overview tab shows your score breakdown and current benefits.
Panic Button
The panic button requires a 3-second hold to activate -- this prevents accidental triggers. Once activated, you have a 30-second cancel window. If not cancelled, the platform immediately notifies your emergency contacts with your GPS location. After 5 minutes with no response from contacts, the platform can auto-escalate to authorities.
Emergency Contacts
Add trusted contacts who receive alerts when you trigger the panic button, miss a check-in, or start a tracked ride. Contacts can acknowledge alerts (confirming you are safe) or escalate to authorities. Add contacts in the Emergency Contacts tab.
Ride Tracking
Log rides with full details: driver name, car make/model/color, license plate, pickup location, destination, and any stops. Your emergency contacts are notified when a ride starts. Rides automatically create a transportation expense in your Financial Hub when they end (configurable via toggle). Connect Uber or Lyft for automatic tracking.
Travel Check-Ins
Check-ins are tied to real events: flight departures/arrivals, hotel check-ins, event attendance. Set a buffer window (default 30 minutes) after the expected time. If you do not check in within the buffer, your emergency contacts are notified. You can also notify your agent and/or emergency contacts at each checkpoint of a trip.
Offline Capability
The panic button works even without internet. A Service Worker caches your emergency contacts and GPS position. If you trigger panic while offline, the alert is queued and sent automatically when connectivity returns. Your location is still captured via GPS even without cell service.
Location Privacy
The platform never reveals your private location to anyone except your designated emergency contacts during active alerts. Your home address, set address, and exact GPS coordinates are never shown publicly. Only safe labels (event name, venue zone, booth number) are ever displayed on your public profile.

Check-Ins
Check in at each stage of your trip so your agent and emergency contacts know you're safe. Set up a trip with checkpoints (flight, hotel, event, return) and check in at each one.
Recent Check-Ins
Ride Tracking
When you start tracking a ride, your emergency contacts are immediately notified with driver details, car info, and your live route. Route changes and unexpected stops trigger instant alerts.

Safety Settings
All safety features are optional. Turn on what you want, leave off what you don't. You can change these at any time. None of these settings are required to use the platform.
Geo-Blocking
Block specific states or regions from viewing your profile and content. Visitors from blocked regions see a generic "Page not available" message. They cannot see your name, photos, or any content.
Watermarking
Automatically watermark photos and videos with your stage name or custom text. Helps track leaked content.
