How Reports Work
Report Types
Reports are generated automatically from your platform data: Earnings (revenue by source and period), Bookings (completed, cancelled, revenue), Content (posts, engagement, top performers), Safety (incidents, check-ins, alert history), and Tax (1099-ready summaries for tax filing).
Date Ranges
Each report supports custom date ranges: this week, this month, this quarter, this year, or custom start/end dates. Compare periods side-by-side to see growth trends.
Export
All reports can be exported as CSV or PDF for your records, accountant, or tax filing. Tax reports are formatted to match common tax preparation software requirements.
Financial Hub Connection
Reports pull from the same data as your Financial Hub. Earnings reports include all revenue streams: subscriptions, tips, store sales, cam sessions, bookings, and message payments. Expense reports include both manual entries and auto-imported bank transactions.
