How Recipes and Nutrition Work
Tabs Explained
Recipes shows your saved recipes. Meal Plan lets you plan meals by day and week. Health Log tracks daily nutrition intake and water consumption. Collections organizes recipes into custom groups (like Pinterest boards). Photo Analysis uses AI to analyze food photos. Import lets you save recipes from any URL.
Meal Photo Analysis
Take a photo of your meal and the AI analyzes the food content. It identifies what you are eating, categorizes it by food pyramid types (fruits, vegetables, meats, grains, dairy), and estimates nutritional content. View per-meal, daily, and weekly analytics to track your nutrition over time.
Recipe Import from URL
Paste a link from any recipe website and the platform extracts the recipe: title, ingredients, steps, cook time, and serving size. Works like sharing a recipe from Notion. The imported recipe is saved to your library and can be added to any collection.
Collections
Organize recipes into custom collections: Breakfast, Meal Prep, Healthy, Quick Meals, or any category you want. Collections also support saving items from outside recipes -- use the universal share feature to save songs, posts, photos, and files to collections too.
Health Tracking
The Health Log tracks meals, water intake, and nutritional goals. Similar to MyFitnessPal. Log meals manually or use Photo Analysis to auto-detect. View daily and weekly summaries with food pyramid breakdowns. Set goals for calories, protein, water, and other nutrients.
Plan your meals for the week. Add recipes to each day and meal slot.
Log Entry
Organize your recipes into cookbooks and collections.
Meal Photo Analysis
Take a photo of your meal or upload one, and AI will analyze the food content. It identifies fruits, vegetables, meats, grains, dairy, and all food pyramid categories. Get per-meal nutrition estimates including calories, protein, carbs, fats, and micronutrients.
Analysis Results
Meal Analytics
Track your nutrition intake per meal, per day, per week. See how much of each food group you consume (proteins, vegetables, fruits, grains, dairy, fats). Works like MyFitnessPal — all your logged meals build a complete nutrition picture.
Import from Anywhere
Save recipes from any website directly to your collections. Works like saving to Notion or Pinterest — paste a recipe URL and we extract the recipe automatically (title, ingredients, instructions, cook time, photo).
Share to Collections (Cross-Platform)
This works for more than just recipes. When you find something you want to save — a recipe, a song on Spotify, a post, a photo, a video, a file — share it to your platform collections. Just like sharing to Notion or Pinterest and picking the page.
On mobile: Use your device's Share menu and select this platform as the target. On desktop: Copy the URL and paste it in the Import field above or use the Bookmarks page.
