How the Legal Center Works

Tabs Explained

Compliance shows your GDPR status and data handling compliance. 2257 Records manages age verification records required by U.S. law (18 U.S.C. 2257). DMCA handles copyright takedown requests -- file claims against stolen content or respond to claims against you. Contracts stores and manages your agreements. Templates provides pre-written contract templates. Privacy is your privacy policy. Terms of Service is your TOS.

2257 Record-Keeping

U.S. federal law (18 U.S.C. 2257) requires anyone producing adult content to maintain records proving all performers are 18+. This tab helps you store and organize those records: performer name, date of birth, government ID verification, and content references. Records must be kept as long as the content exists.

DMCA Takedowns

If someone steals your content (reposts without permission, uploads to tube sites, etc.), use the DMCA tab to file a takedown notice. Enter the URL where your content was stolen, describe the original content, and submit. The platform generates a properly formatted DMCA notice. You can also respond to claims filed against you.

Contract Templates

Pre-written templates for common agreements: Model Release, Collaboration Agreement, Non-Disclosure Agreement, Content License, and more. Templates are legally reviewed starting points -- customize them for your specific needs. Download as PDF or send directly for e-signature.

GDPR Compliance

The platform handles GDPR compliance for you: user data export (right to data portability), data deletion requests (right to erasure), cookie consent, and privacy policy generation. If a user requests their data, the Compliance tab helps you generate and deliver it.

Privacy Policy and TOS

These are your platform's legal documents. The Privacy Policy explains how user data is collected, used, and protected. The Terms of Service defines the rules users agree to. Both are pre-written with industry-standard language and can be customized. They are automatically linked from your signup and footer pages.

What this is: A real-time compliance dashboard tracking your legal standing across all platform requirements. Each item is checked against current regulations for adult content, financial reporting, and user safety. Resolve action items to raise your score.

What this is: Under 18 U.S.C. 2257, all producers of adult content must maintain records verifying that every performer is at least 18 years old. This section stores your 2257 records including government-issued ID scans, model release forms, and custodian of records information. Records must be kept for the duration of content availability plus 5 years. Failure to comply carries criminal penalties.

What this is: Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) protection for your original content. File takedown notices when your photos, videos, or other content appears on unauthorized sites. The platform acts as your designated DMCA agent, filing notices on your behalf and tracking compliance. Under DMCA 512, infringing sites must remove content within 10 business days or face liability.

Your Rights

As a content creator, you hold automatic copyright over all original photos, videos, and written content. No registration is required for protection, though federal registration enables statutory damages up to $150,000 per infringement. The platform monitors known piracy sites and can auto-file takedowns on your behalf.

What this is: All your signed contracts, model releases, and legal agreements in one place. Upload contracts from shoots, brand deals, agency agreements, venue contracts, and more. Every document is stored indefinitely and can never be permanently deleted. Filter and sort to find any document instantly.

What this is: This section covers the legal framework for the Template Marketplace, not the templates themselves. All templates on the platform fall into two categories:

Style Collection Templates (Free): Original designs created independently by the platform. They draw visual inspiration from popular design trends but contain zero copied code, assets, or proprietary elements. Every line of CSS is written from scratch. Per our Terms of Service, all Style Collection templates are classified as original creative works.

User-Created Templates: Users may upload their own original template designs and sell them in the marketplace. Users retain full copyright over their designs. The platform takes a 15% commission on sales.

Legal Disclaimer (Style Collections)

All templates in the Style Collection are original designs independently created by this platform. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or copies of any third-party company or website builder. All template code, including CSS, HTML structure, and JavaScript, is independently authored. Any visual similarity to existing websites or platforms is incidental and reflects common design patterns in the web design industry. No proprietary code, assets, trademarks, or copyrighted material from any third party has been used.

User Template Rights

When you upload a template, you retain full copyright ownership. By listing it on the marketplace, you grant the platform a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and facilitate sales. You represent and warrant that your template is original work and does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. The platform is not liable for user-uploaded templates that may infringe on third-party rights.

Template Marketplace Terms

Sellers receive 85% of each sale. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Templates found to contain copied or stolen code will be removed and the seller may face account suspension. Buyers receive a perpetual, non-transferable license to use purchased templates on their own profiles.

Available Legal Templates

What this is: Your privacy rights and the platform's data handling policies. We comply with GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), and applicable data protection laws worldwide. You can request a full data export or deletion at any time.

Data Collection

We collect only what is necessary: account information, content you upload, transaction records, and usage analytics. We never sell personal data to third parties. Analytics are used solely to improve your experience and provide earnings reports.

Data Retention

Content you create or import is retained indefinitely unless you explicitly delete it. Even deleted content is soft-deleted (recoverable) per platform policy that nothing is ever permanently destroyed. Financial records are retained for 7 years minimum per tax regulations.

Your Rights

You may request: a complete data export (all posts, messages, transactions, files), correction of inaccurate data, restriction of processing, or account deletion with a 30-day grace period. Requests are processed within 30 days per GDPR Article 12.

Location Privacy

The platform NEVER reveals private locations (home address, set address, hotel name). Location features use only safe labels like event names, venue zones, or general city areas. Ride tracking data is visible only to the user and their designated emergency contacts.

What this is: The binding Terms of Service governing use of this platform. All users agree to these terms upon account creation.

Age Verification

All users must be 18 years or older. All performers must submit valid government-issued ID and complete 2257 record-keeping requirements before publishing content. The platform uses automated and manual verification processes.

Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you create and upload. By posting, you grant the platform a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content within the platform. You may remove content at any time. The platform will never use your content for advertising or promotion without explicit written consent.

Platform Fees

The standard platform commission is 15% on all revenue-generating transactions (subscriptions, tips, pay-per-view, marketplace sales, video calls, cam room credits). Credit purchases have 0% platform fee. Performers with high safety scores (90+) may qualify for a reduced 12% rate.

Prohibited Content

The following is strictly prohibited: content depicting minors, non-consensual content, content created without all participants' knowledge and consent, revenge content, content depicting illegal activities, and any content that violates applicable law. Violations result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities.

Messaging Fees

Friends chat free in both directions. Performer-to-performer is always free. Non-friends messaging a performer pay: $1 per text, $3 per photo, $5 per video. Performers can grant free messaging privileges to specific fans. Fan Q&A questions cost $2 each unless the performer enables free questions.

Account Termination

Users may delete their account at any time. There is a 30-day grace period during which the account can be recovered. After 30 days, the account is deactivated but data is retained per our indefinite retention policy. Content imported from external platforms is never automatically deleted. The platform reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
