How Fitness Works

Tabs Explained

Workouts shows your logged workouts and lets you create custom routines. Body Tracking tracks measurements, weight, nutrition intake, and metabolism over time. Workout Videos searches and embeds YouTube workout videos. Favorites saves your most-used workouts for quick access.

Creating Workouts

Build custom workouts by adding exercises with sets, reps, weight, and rest time. Name your workout and save it as a template. Next time, just load the template and log your session. You can also browse pre-made workouts or copy from YouTube video descriptions.

Body Tracking

Track body measurements over time: weight, body fat %, waist, hips, chest, arms, legs, and custom measurements. Log daily or weekly. View charts showing progress over weeks and months. Nutrition intake tracking works alongside the Recipes page -- meals you log there feed into your fitness data here.

YouTube Workout Videos

Search for workout videos directly from this page. Videos embed inline so you can follow along without leaving the platform. Save favorites for quick access. If you have YouTube connected via Connections, your liked workout videos also appear here.

Available to All Users

Fitness is not performer-only -- every user on the platform has access to workouts, body tracking, and video search. It is a personal wellness tool available to everyone.
