How the Financial Hub Works

Tabs Explained

Overview shows income by source and expenses by category at a glance. Transactions lists every individual transaction (income and expenses) with filters. Tax Prep organizes your financial data for tax season with 1099 generation. Budgets lets you set spending limits by category and track against them. Recurring shows auto-detected recurring charges from your bank. Instant Payouts lets you cash out your balance immediately.

How Earnings Are Tracked

Income is tracked per source: subscriptions, tips, PPV content, store sales, cam credits, bookings, and custom orders. Each transaction records the gross amount, platform fee (15%), and your net earnings. Everything updates in real-time as payments are processed through Stripe, PayPal, or other connected processors.

5 Ways to Import Your Data

You do not need API keys or technical knowledge. Choose whichever method works for you:

  1. Connect Notion -- If you already track income/expenses in Notion, connect it on the Connections page. All your financial data syncs to the Financial Hub automatically. No re-entering anything.
  2. Connect Bank (Plaid) -- Link your bank account for fully automatic daily imports. Transactions auto-categorize. Six providers supported: Plaid, Yodlee, MX, Finicity, Akoya.
  3. Upload CSV -- Download a statement from your bank (or export from OnlyFans, SextPanther, etc.) and upload the CSV file. The platform auto-detects columns and categorizes every row.
  4. Upload Screenshots -- Take screenshots of your payouts/earnings from any app (OnlyFans, Cash App, bank app, etc.). AI reads the numbers and creates entries. No files or exports needed.
  5. Manual Entry -- Click "Add Transaction" to type in individual transactions. Auto-categorize fills in the category as you type the description.

All methods auto-categorize into 22+ categories (Platform Earnings, Scene Work, Travel, Equipment, etc.) with tax deductible flags. The platform detects recurring charges automatically.

Recurring Transactions

The platform automatically detects recurring charges from your connected bank (subscriptions, rent, utilities, etc.). Each recurring transaction shows the merchant, amount, frequency, and next expected date. You can set reminders (day before, hours before, week before, or custom) so you are never surprised by a charge.

Instant Payouts

Cash out your available balance in under 30 minutes. There is a 1.5% fee (minimum $0.25) per instant payout. Five methods supported: Bank Transfer, PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, and Crypto (USDC). Regular payouts (no fee) are processed on a weekly schedule.

Privacy

Your financial data is completely private. No other user -- not even admins -- can see your bank transactions, earnings breakdowns, or expense reports. This data is scoped to your account only. The only exception is platform-level aggregate reporting (total platform revenue) which contains no individual user data.

Tax Preparation

The Tax Prep tab organizes your income and deductible expenses for tax season. It generates a 1099-style summary of all platform earnings. You can export this data as a CSV to share with your accountant. Keep your bank and payment connections active year-round for the most accurate tax reporting.
