Overview shows fan stats, engagement metrics, and a snapshot of your community. Members lists all your fans with filters and search. Birthdays tracks upcoming fan birthdays for personalized outreach. Leaderboard ranks fans by spending, engagement, or custom criteria. Activity shows recent community interactions.
View each fan's subscription status, spending history, message count, and engagement level. Use private fan tags (via Fan Tags CRM) to categorize fans: VIP, Regular, New, Whale, etc. Tags are only visible to you and help you personalize interactions.
The leaderboard ranks fans by total spending. Both performer AND fan must opt in for leaderboard visibility (dual consent). Fans can enable incognito mode to participate anonymously. Spending badges are earned at tiers and displayed on profiles only when both parties agree.
Fans who share their birthday are listed in the Birthdays tab with upcoming dates highlighted. Send personalized birthday messages or offers to build loyalty. Birthday notifications appear in your daily feed.
